START A RETURN

At No Girls Allowed Haberdashery (NGAH), we want you and your young gentleman to be happy with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with any original tags attached.

Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct return instructions.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including underwear, swimwear, and other personal items where applicable.

Sale or clearance items may also be subject to different return conditions.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item. We’ll review the issue and work with you to make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow your bank or payment provider additional time to process the refund and return the funds to your account.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or item, please contact us first. Depending on availability, we’ll let you know the best option for your order.

Return Shipping

Unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility.
